Find Every C
How to play
Find and play every C between the open strings and the twelfth fret, string by string. Say the note name aloud as you play it.
Start on the low E string and work upward. Use landmarks, such as the fifth-fret octave relationships between strings, to check yourself.
Once you have them all, play them in a row from lowest to highest.
Challenge
Repeat with a different note, then try finding all the notes of the C major chord (C, E and G) in a single position.
Tips
Each string is a different starting point. The same note repeats a fixed distance across strings.
